GOOD FOOD!

As you guyssss know, i'm a food LOVER.

After submitting my documents to SMU, boyf and i decided to head over to golden mile complex for lunch. and it has been a long long time since i went to golden mile complex. The moment i arrived, i went to find the Japanese stall at level 2. the terriyaki chicken is damn damn good. and it is priced at $4.80. so much cheaper than those restaurants and the taste is so much better :D

we had the peanut paste tang yuan for dessert and i went to try the green tea flavour. Out of fear that it isn't suitable for me, boyf only ordered one for me while the others are the usual flavours like peanuts etc. The usual flavours are really good and the green tea flavour is really refreshing and nice. i don't mind eat a few more of that but i was really really full :((((

As you guys probably know, there is the famous and healthy char kuay tiao stall is located there. The char kuay tiao which have loads of vegetables, no pork and lard.. yes, that's the one! i wanted to share a plate with boyf but.. yea, there's isn't enough space left so we went to tabao it back for our parents. the smell is really tempting :(((((((((

Most importantly, all these are under $25. AWESOME! we wanted to go bugis for lunch but we will be spending alot on food soooooo, golden mile complex is really an awesome place for you to have good good good lunch if you do not wish to spend so much money on lunch alone :)

so, if you happened to be at golden mile complex / army market, do try the jap food, the tang yuan and char kuay tiao! IT IS DAMNNNNNNNNNN GOOD!

movie mob (Y)

went for movie mob yesterday!!!!!

So you might ask; what is movie mob all about. Movie mob, as the name suggest, is something like flash mob, a free movie whereby Singaporeans can watch some of the best-loved Hollywood blockbusters in the comfort of their own motor vehicles for free! It is initiated by Ape Communications, managed by Ape Productions and sponsored by Epson! It is a fortnightly movie screening series that aims to recreate a nostalgic experience of days long gone!!

and honestly, it was a disappointment at first because it is not drive through this time! :( butttttttt, the atmosphere really isn't bad, in fact, we kinda like it. it was totally cool to be watching movies outdoors!

We reach the place really early, really really early. so like the other people, we went to munch on our dinner - burger king! ( i went to buy since boyf was still at work; such a nice gf. LOL) and after seeing what other people bought. i totally hated my decision of buying burgers. why? there are so many people who bought oyster mee sua there to munch on :((((( boyf even volunteered to help me buy but... ohwells. at least burger kings' burgers are nicer than mcdonalds. HAHAHAH.

Both of us envied this man soooooo much. he looked so comfy with the cushioooon sia!!! hahahah. our backs almost break by the end of the show :/ alot of people went to lie down on the grass but ... we choose not to .. so our backs were hurting alot alot alot.

And the lighting were so so so so beautiful ard 9plus pm. and boyf was so busy taking pictures of it, totally not concentrating on the show. but, can't blame him. we watch this show before in the theaters.

It ended around 1030pm and the people were super efficient as when we came out from the car park, the big screen was already kept and there is no one in sight alrdy. fast or whaaaaat. hahaha!

MyBoy suggested that we head over to white dog cafe for their executive set lunch. and i didn't heard of this cafe before so i was suspecting that MyBoy was either lying to me about this cafe OR it is one of those cafe where dogs can run over #SuaKuMoments arghhhhh!

And my main course is better because his main course has too little ingredients! hahahahahahaha. and because he knows i'm aiming his mussels, he gave me one without me asking for it :))))))

Yes, there are some little sexual content, but it is really funny. well, the girl sitting beside me was laughing damn loudlyyyyy. MyBoy also feels that this is a worth-money-movie (Y). we have been watching too many not worth-money-movies.

Went over to his place for dinner and he drove me back home early since i have not started packing my baggggg at all D: Can't wait for my trip to PARIS! :D :D the downside of this trip is... i'm totally missing the period for open house for the universities :(((((

Okay, this will be a slightly overwhelming post with slight vulgarities. so pardon me please.

So, as many of you know, i'm having a maid to help with my bed-ridden, physically disabled grandmother. So, we went to this Cxxxo employment agency to employ a maid who is willing to take care of my grandmother and those slight chores - cooking, at home since no one other than my mum knows how to cook. Plus, they had sooooooooo many outlets.. like 4? And this is when the wholeeeeeeeeee shitty problem starts.

This maid apparently is a damn good actress who loves to act pitiful and pretend that she is always at the disadvantage side since she's is just a maid. I was so fucking gullible to believe her side of the story until the moment i HEARD her scolding vulgarities at my mum when i was at the living room today. #FuckThatShit i mean, why the hell is she scolding vulgarities at my mum?!! Of course, we went to call the agency, believing that they will have a solution to this problem since this is definitely NOT the first time.

buttttttt, guess whattttt? they absolutely seem to have no solution to this problem. They are only able to talk to the maid via phone call. It has been a year since she is here and the multiple times she created such stunts are like ..... countless. and all these times, i really thought is was my mum who is having temper issues #faileddaughterforlifez when she was the one suffering all these times as the maid keeps scolding her and we all thought it was the other way -.-

And there was once when i called up the agency regarding this issue. so the one in charge wasn't around sooooo there was another one who tried to handle this issue. Yes people, the word is tried. because apparently the lady said: " I'm not GOD." when i asked her to do something regarding the maid. HA. seriously, that sentence pissed me off so badly till today.

oh well, let's get back to today issue. She apparently threatened my mum that she wants to quit when my dear grandmother is still currently in the hospital -.- like.... HUHHHHHHHHH. All of us is super stressed since the doctors are unable to determine the cause behind my grandmother constant vomiting and high fever, and she had to choose this time to play stunt. wtf is wrong with heeeeer. when she is sick, I brought her to the doctor. i told her to rest. My mum will always buy food for her if she is buying food for us. Yes, my mum have a fiery temper... but, she didnt scold vulgarity to my maid. and my maid did! 0.0 #Nbz PLUS, the utensils still have soap whenever she washed and kept them -.- OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

So after pacifying the maid, and making sure she wont insist on quitting, they just assume things are fine -.- like whaaaaaaaat. really really really good good good service. really.

I seriously amazed/shocked/surprised/horrified that that's their solution. Total crap.

On a side note, EXAMS ARE OVEEEEEEEEER. but, bf is still in the mist of exams :((( soooo, i have not been meeting him etc. sigh :( AND! i will be heading to PARIS soon, A380. shiok bo! :D hahahahahahah. but after that paris period.. I'm broke for half of my poly life :( that's when i need to work work work!

It's celebration time for me! going bbq + staying over at kw place with the girls and the usual guys! theeeeeen, a singing session is still being planned. wuhooooooooooooooo! andandandand..graduation is in MAY! perhaps 24 or 25 if what MrAng says is trueeeeee.

Time to watch all my dramas and apply for universities -fingerscrossed-

Was mugging for my SMK when a bouquet of flowers got slotted into my window. i didn't even notice the flowers till a shadow keeps blocking my light from outside. HAHAHAHA.

Yes, I'm so so so so so x100 touched by this gesture since he told me that he won't be getting anything for me this time :) and i got sooooooooo guilty for believing him, thus i didn't get a single thing for him :( After the completion of my SMK notes, i went to watch a movie with my dear boy!

The movie we watch is ....... Chronicle!

It is a 2012 science fiction film directed by Josh Trank and written by Max Landis based on a story by both Trank and Landis. The plot follows Andrew (DeHaan), his cousin Matt (Russell) and their fellow high school student Steve (Jordan), as they form a close bond after receiving telekinetic abilities from an unknown object. The group use their abilities for mischief and personal gain until Andrew begins to use them for darker purposes.

sooooooo.. my verdict? out of 10, perhaps a 5.5-6.5? It's not thaaaaat bad, but it's just isn't to my liking since the film is visually presented from the perspective of various video recording devices, primarily from a hand-held camcorder used by Andrew to document the events in his life. :| it doesn't give me the thrill feel or the curiosity of what will happen next. BUTBUT, it is a 4 star film and there were many great reviews on the show.

and GV had the valentine promotion of buying two tickets @ $14. After the movie, i wanted to go chomp chomp for my valentine dinner. my boy had finally agreed to eat lala with me buuuuuuut, i got too lazy to travel around and we decided to eatttttt pastamania. It is a lucky thing we decided fasssst as there were many many many people who came after us :) and the place is filled fast fast fast!

Ate tom yum pasta :) since i can't eat my favorite lala in chomp chomp, i will have the pasta type lala. It tasted good on the first few mouths butttttttt ... yea you know. hahah. I shall stick to my all time favorite pasta next time, which is what my boy had.

That was yesterday events. Today is a super horriddddddd day!

My balcony is invaded by BEEs. yes, you didn't read wrong. BEEs.

Not one, Not two but MANYYYYYYYYYYYY. Called the town council to get the pest control down and by the time he appeared, the bees disappeared. WTF. So, there's nothing he can do to help except to monitor the area downstairs for me. and after a few hours, guess whattttttt, the number of bees tripled. OMGGGGGG. i almost faint from the sight of it. it's like ... watching a documentary that is happening in my balcony -.- called the guy at 2plus3 and he is still not here at 4:11PM . veryyyyyyyyyyy efficient indeed.

I couldn't even mug for my exams today, it is too chaotic for me to concentrate on my studies. sigh. I really wish that my parents can just cut short on their holiday and come back home :( really can't wait for saturday when they are back.

till then, i have to survive and make sure i don't get sting by a bee, much worst, many bees.

In addition to the freshest Sashimi and Sushi, Tempura and Teppanyaki specials, it has a premium Roast section featuring succulent Roast Prime Rib of Beef, slow-roasted Australian Rib-eye of Wagyu Beef, seafood on ice, Asian wok-fried favourites, piquant Indian dishes and mouth-watering desserts.

Highly recommend to people who loves buffet or people who just need somewhere to celebrate a special occasion. Due to the high traffic flow, a reservation is a mustttttttttt.

A Day Before Mugging

Met up with the girls today (Okay, it should be ytd) and decided to head over ichiban for lunch.

we met someone there which is totally coincidence. and perhaps, Fate (HAHAHAHAH to kw)

after a crazy session of lunch and we wanted to walk to school after buying gongcha. of course, telling kw it's our last walk to school together and we must treasure the time together etc. But the sun was too scorching that all of us decided to back out from walking and take a comfy bus ride to school. (We don't have strong will to walk the last walk afterall)

After a boring lecture, well, a super boring lecture. Boyf decided to watch a movie with me at amk hub, so I wasn't able to join the girls for revision session at kw house. And i went off with mich and HL. Mich always take the train with me so this time, the train came and we tried running to get onto the train. but... the moment we are about to reach the train, the train door closes. (face palm) Totally embarrassing. Some people in the train were even laughing at us :(

soul sistaaaaaaaaa~

it was supposedly to be 'I am not naughty' movie by jack neo. However, i went to ask about the 'Dance Dance Dragon' movie, since i have heard many good reviews about it. So.... the final show we decided to watch is....

Tada~! Dance Dance Dragon!

It is a show that made me keep nudging boyf whenever the baby is in the scene. The baby is so so so so so so x100 cute. And my favourite person in the movie, obviously after the baby, is the ahma. she can totally act, like really. Especially, the part when she goes around asking people about the baby. That particular scene broke my heart! The plot is so-so with many funny scenes but if you are someone who likes baby or a movie which combine a little sadness with comedy, this is the show for you. I should really start watching all the movies i missed but final exams are round the corner :(

Went over to meet my family before heading over to Boon Tong Kee @ amk to have a family dinner before mum and dad goes Harbin. The service is slow yet good, it will certainly be great if the service is faster. and if the fish is fresh, totally not gonna order that dish again. And guess what?! me and boyf spotted the kid who acted in the movie as one of the gods. We were talking about his hair, saying that it used to be boyf's primary school hairstyle. Then, we realised it is the kid from the show. quite a handsome boy. hahaha. Of course, not as handsome as my little nephew~

After boyf went home, it was a messy and torturous time for me. I went to tidy my notes to prepare for mugging session. Oh. My. God was the exact 3 words that repeatedly flash through my mind. Notes were everywhere! -horrified- After an hour or so, my notes were neatly stacked together (Finally!!!!!!!). I was so worried about some parts of the notes, it just disappear into thin air -.- mental note to self: I'm so gonna be neat the next time, or i have to suffer the same old cycle again.

what friends really mean

I'm someone who don't often keep contact with people that i had parted ways with. I mean, i still do keep in contact with my secondary school friends but it is only 1 - jaslyn. I'm the type that will appreciate the moments that we spent together and acknowledge the fact that we are parting to continue the other part of our life. When it comes to my IPP company, i told myself i will come back since they had given me the chance to work with them... but, i didn't. I thank them sincerely when i left and never looked back since.

School is ending soon, with the final exams coming up and that's it. We had the last presentation ytd, and emotions went slightly haywire. will i even get to meet them after graduating? With this question popping through my mind the whole time, i felt sad, i felt as though graduating is a bad thing. Some of us will work, some of us will further our studies. It ain't the same anymore.

BUT.

I'm really glad to have my girls (a group of insane people) in school to make my days filled with smiles and i believe they know me really very well; My bad temper, my level of tolerance etc. I can say that Josanne and Kaiwen came a long way back with me. We have been in the same clique since year 1. When people misunderstand me, judge me, criticize me, they were my pillar of support. They will tell me when i'm wrong but not once will they criticize me. they never once turn their back away from me when i need them the most.

As for Huiling, i have a long way back of Ups and Downs with her. We were once enemies, we were once 2 people who dislike one another. But it all changes during the TEP period, we were in the same slot together; classical, BSC and cheers/challenger. That's when we understand more about each other and we gotten really really close. She will lend me a helping hand whenever i need help and vice versa. She will lend a listening ear, she will give advice, she will be there. She is like an elder sister to all of us.

Lastly, michelle. my soul sistaaaaaaaaaaaa~! She's is the one who brought smiles to my face whenever i'm with her. from teasing one another, joking, playing pranks on one another. we have been close since the start. She understands my emotion through my aura. And if i'm having a very very black aura, she will make me smile by joking. The one who can go to ion with me just to buy a shirt and have beef noodles.

I'm thankful for these 4 people who went through thick and thin with me in school, they are not just friends, they are my sisters, a family. And, they will be the only 4 that i will make a point to meet up when we graduate because, i will never wanna lose such awesome friends.
